What to expect after you write
- Acknowledgment: We read every message. You’ll usually receive a brief reply within 24–48 hours confirming we received your note.
- Full responses: For detailed questions (technical issues, partnership proposals, licensing requests, or research queries) allow up to 5 business days while we review materials and coordinate any needed follow-up.
- Time-sensitive matters: If your message is urgent, put the word Urgent in the subject line and include a one-line reason for priority handling.

- Partnerships and collaborations — joint projects, educational programs, or co-created content.

What we can’t help with
- Legal advice, medical advice, or other professional services outside our expertise.
- Requests for large datasets or proprietary research without a formal collaboration agreement.
- Bulk marketing or unsolicited vendor pitches; those are filtered and rarely answered.
Privacy and handling: We treat your messages and any attachments confidentially. We won’t share your personal details without permission. For collaborations or licensing, standard agreements may be used to protect both parties.
